Replace your original plunge router height rod and instantly set your router to an approximate depth, then micro-adjust using the knurled-knob or speed wrench. Make height adjustments from the top and bottom of the router so it works equally well handheld or installed in a router table. Allows precise router bit adjustments while sighting down the base plate to the bit. Fits most plunge routers (not included).
